U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Initial Determination in Mobile Phone Investigation

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting the complainant's motion to modify the complaint and notice of investigation in a case involving certain portable electronic communications devices, including mobile phones and their components.
