Navico, Inc. and Navico Holding AS File Complaint with U.S. International Trade Commission Over Marine Sonar Imaging Devices

Navico, Inc. of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Navico Holding AS of Norway have filed a complaint with the U.S. International Trade Commission alleging that certain marine sonar imaging devices and products infringe on U.S. Patents No. 8,305,840 and No. 8,300,499, prompting the Commission to initiate an investigation and potentially issue exclusion orders and cease and desist orders.
