U.S. International Trade Commission Denies Review of Resmed Motion to Amend Complaint

The U.S. International Trade Commission has decided not to review an initial determination granting Resmed Corp., Resmed Inc., and Resmed Ltd.'s motion to amend their complaint in a trade investigation, following an unopposed motion from the complainants.
