USPTO Launches Glossary Pilot Program to Enhance Patent Clarity

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is launching a pilot program to test the inclusion of a glossary section in patent applications to improve patent claim clarity and facilitate USPTO examination, with applications accepted into the program receiving expedited processing.
