USPTO Invites Public Comment on Paperwork Reduction Act

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is seeking public input on reducing paperwork burden as part of its efforts to comply with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, following a recent notice from the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) regarding the need to review and update the information collection process.
