FHFA Issues Final Rule on Executive Compensation for Federal Housing Enterprises

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) has issued a final rule outlining requirements for executive compensation at federal housing enterprises, aligning with its safety and soundness responsibilities and building on the 1992 Federal Housing Enterprises Financial Safety and Soundness Act, amended by the 2008 Housing and Economic Recovery Act.
