Extension of Time Granted for Comments on Satellite Licensing and Operating Rules

The International Bureau of the International Telecommunication Union extended the deadlines for filing comments and reply comments on a comprehensive review of the Commission's rules governing space stations and earth stations, originally set for December 24, 2012 and January 22, 2013, respectively.
