FDA Proposes Rule to Streamline Labeling Changes for Approved Drugs and Biological Products

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is proposing a new rule to simplify the process of updating labeling for approved drugs and biological products, allowing application holders to make temporary changes ahead of FDA review and making the process more transparent and consistent for all applicants.
