FDA Seeks Public Comment on Proposed Rule for Dietary Supplement Exemptions

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public comment on a proposed rule to exempt dietary supplements from 100 percent identity testing of their ingredients. The FDA is required to publish this notice under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 and invites comments on the proposed rule within 60 days.
