FDA Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of Information for Juice Processing Regulations

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is seeking public input on its proposed regulations requiring the use of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HAACP) procedures for the safe and sanitary processing and importing of juice, as mandated by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
