EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Air Quality Plan Amendment

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revision to Delaware's State Implementation Plan, which modifies the sulfur dioxide emissions limit for the Conectiv Edge Moor Unit 5 power plant, effective January 1, 2009, under the Clean Air Act.
