Dow Agrosciences LLC Seeks Exemption from Tolerance Requirement for Dibenzylidene Sorbitol in Pesticide Formulations

Dow Agrosciences LLC has submitted a petition to the EPA under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, requesting an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for residues of dibenzylidene sorbitol in pesticide formulations applied to growing crops, effectively eliminating the need for a maximum permissible level for these residues.
