EPA Approves Revisions to New Mexico Air Quality Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by New Mexico Governor, Bill Richardson, on May 24, 2006, which address the use of oxygenated fuels in the Albuquerque/Bernalillo County area, in accordance with the Clean Air Act.
