EPA Approves Ohio and Indiana Ozone Redesignation Plans for Transportation Conformity
The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved Ohio and Indiana's submitted 8-hour ozone redesignation plans for transportation conformity purposes, allowing the Cincinnati, Ohio area to use the approved motor vehicle emissions budgets (MVEBs) for future determinations.
