EPA Proposes Minor Changes to Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to update the general provisions for the Mandatory Greenhouse Gas Reporting Rule, making minor changes to accommodate future additions without altering the existing requirements for covered facilities and suppliers.
