EPA to Transfer Pesticide Data to Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) will transfer pesticide-related information submitted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), in accordance with a new interagency agreement.
