EPA Approves Alaska's State Implementation Plan for Motor Vehicle Inspection and Maintenance Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of Alaska's State Implementation Plan (SIP) for controlling carbon monoxide (CO) emissions in Anchorage and Fairbanks, following the submission of three revisions that meet the Clean Air Act requirements.
