Pesticide Experimental Use Permit; Receipt of Application; Comment Request

This notice announces EPA's receipt of an application 74234- EUP-E from Intralytix, Inc., requesting an experimental use permit (EUP) for the E. coli 0157:H7 bacteriophage. The Agency has determined that the permit may be of regional and national significance. Therefore, in accordance with 40 CFR 172.11(a), the Agency is soliciting comments on this application.
