EPA Extends Public Comment Period for Clean Air Act Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has extended the public comment period for a proposed rule to amend case-by-case emission limits for major sources of hazardous air pollutants under the Clean Air Act until May 27, 2010, following the initial deadline of March 30, 2010.
