EPA Proposes Conditional Approval of New York's Reasonably Available Control Technology and Measures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed a conditional approval of New York's reasonably available control technology and measures to meet the 0.08 parts per million 8-hour ozone national ambient air quality standards, following the state's submission of additional rules and commitments to meet the remaining requirements.
