EPA Removes Asbestos Dump Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region II has finalized the removal of the Asbestos Dump Superfund Site in New Jersey from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
