EPA Removes Ruston Foundry Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the deletion of the Ruston Foundry Superfund Site in Louisiana from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
