Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. Requests Pesticide Tolerances for Canola Meal and Seed

The U.S. government has established tolerances for residues of diquat, a pesticide derived from diquat dibromide, on canola meal and seed, following a request from Syngenta Crop Protection, Inc. under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and correcting minor errors in the regulations for diquat.
