EPA Publishes Status Report on New Chemical Receipt and Review Under TSCA

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a status report on the receipt and review of premanufacture notices (PMNs) and test marketing exemptions (TMEs) for new chemicals, covering the period from February 15, 2010, to February 26, 2010. The report details the chemicals under review and the notices of commencement to manufacture those chemicals.
