EPA to Delete Portions of Rocky Mountain Arsenal Facility from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region 8 is proposing to remove certain areas of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal Federal Facility from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980, and requests public comment on this proposed action.
