US Extends and Redesignates Sudan for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 Months

The US Secretary of Homeland Security is extending the existing TPS designation for Sudan for 18 months, from May 3, 2013, to November 2, 2014, and redesignating the country for TPS for the same period, allowing more individuals to obtain the status if eligible.
