U.S. Coast Guard Submits Information Collection Request to Office of Management and Budget

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking approval from the Office of Management and Budget to collect information from the public through its United States Coast Guard Academy Introduction Mission Program Application and Supplemental Forms, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
