The Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) is seeking public input on a proposed data collection project, APPLETREE Performance Measures, as part of its efforts to reduce public burden and maximize government information utility, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
