DHS Extends Comment Period for Sexual Abuse and Assault Regulations

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is extending the comment period for proposed regulations on preventing, detecting, and responding to sexual abuse and assault in DHS confinement facilities due to technical issues with the Federal eRulemaking Portal and the Federal Document Management System.
