Coast Guard to Remove Drawbridge Operation Regulation for Kansas City Southern Railroad Bridge in Louisiana

The US Coast Guard is eliminating the existing regulation governing the Kansas City Southern Railroad drawbridge across the Sabine River in Louisiana, as the bridge has been converted to a fixed structure since 2012 and no longer requires operational oversight.
