Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone for Firework Display in St. Thomas Harbor

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing a temporary safety zone in St. Thomas Harbor, U.S. Virgin Islands, to protect the public from fireworks hazards during the Corp. Event Finale UHC firework display on April 24, 2013.
