Coast Guard Proposes Revision to Crane Regulation Standards for Offshore Drilling and Supply Vessels

The US Coast Guard is proposing to update regulations for cranes on Mobile Offshore Drilling Units, Offshore Supply Vessels, and floating Outer Continental Shelf facilities to incorporate more recent industry standards and allow for alternative certification and inspection methods.
