Department of Justice Seeks OMB Approval for Disability Rights Section Information Collection

The Department of Justice is requesting OMB approval for an extension of its Disability Rights Section's Discrimination Complaint Form without changes, which is used to collect complaints under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
