Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for DOJ Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification

The Department of Justice is seeking public comment on an update to its Equitable Sharing Agreement and Certification, which expires in November 2018, as part of its information collection activities under the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
