DEA Submits Information Collection Request for Controlled Substance and Ephedrine Forms

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is requesting review and approval from the Office of Management and Budget for a previously approved information collection, with no changes, to support the procurement of controlled substances and ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, and phenylpropanolamine.
