Lumetra PSO Voluntarily Delists from AHRQ's Patient Safety Organization Registry

Lumetra Healthcare Solutions, a component entity of Lumetra, has notified the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) of its voluntary relinquishment of its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO), as mandated by the Patient Safety Act of 2005. This decision allows Lumetra to cease participating in the PSO program, which collects and analyzes healthcare quality and safety data.
