CMS and DoD Establish Computer Matching Agreement Under Privacy Act of 1974
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and the Department of Defense (DoD) have agreed to a computer matching program, following a public comment period, as required by the Privacy Act of 1974.
