FMCSA Grants Exemption to RockTenn for Shipping Department Employees

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) has granted RockTenn a limited exemption from the driver hours-of-service regulations, allowing its shipping department employees and occasional CDL holders to work up to 16 consecutive hours without mandatory breaks, as long as they transport paper mill products on a specific route.
