FAA to Consider Waiving Aeronautical Use Requirement for Surplus Property at Columbus County Municipal Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is seeking public comment on a proposal by the Columbus County Airport Authority to release approximately 0.88 acres of airport property in Whiteville, NC, from aeronautical use requirements, as allowed under Title 49, U.S.C. Section 47153(c).
