Notice of Public Data Asset Release Under the Open, Public, Electronic, and Necessary (OPEN) Government Data Act

In accordance with Title II of the Foundations for Evidence- Based Policymaking Act of 2018, known as the Open, Public, Electronic, and Necessary (OPEN) Government Data Act, CMS announces the forthcoming release of public data assets in open, machine-readable formats under an open license. These data are intended to support public engagement in identifying and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse, and to promote transparency and accountability. CMS has taken steps to ensure that the release of these data appropriately furthers transparency objectives consistent with the protection of sensitive information.

Proposed Data Collection Submitted for Public Comment and Recommendations

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), as part of its continuing effort to reduce public burden and maximize the utility of government information, invites the general public and other federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a proposed information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995. This notice invites comment on a proposed information collection project titled Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement. The Public Health Crisis Response (PHCR) Cooperative Agreement provides rapid funding to help existing public health programs respond to major public health emergencies and crises.
