FAA Withdraws Proposed Rule for Boeing 767-200, -300, -300F, and -400ER Airplanes

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has withdrawn a proposed rule that would have superseded an existing airworthiness directive for certain Boeing 767-200, -300, -300F, and -400ER models, due to new data indicating the existing directive addresses a safety concern while introducing a different unsafe condition.
