US Proposes Changes to User Fees for Agricultural Quarantine and Inspection Services

The US government is proposing to update its user fee regulations for agricultural quarantine and inspection services, including new fee categories and adjusted fees for commercial vessels, trucks, railroad cars, aircraft, and international passengers arriving at US ports, in order to recover costs and align fees with actual business expenses.
