Agricultural Marketing Service Amends National Sheep Industry Improvement Center Regulations

The Agricultural Marketing Service is redesignating the statutory authority for the National Sheep Industry Improvement Center and amending regulations to increase the administrative cap for the use of the fund from 3% to 10%, as required by the 2014 Farm Bill.
