USDA Finalizes Rule to Phase Out CSFP Eligibility for Women, Infants, and Children

The US Department of Agriculture (USDA) has implemented changes to the Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) as mandated by the 2014 Farm Bill, effectively phasing out eligibility for women, infants, and children, while allowing those already certified to continue receiving assistance until February 6, 2014.
