US Department of Agriculture Requests Public Comment on Proposed Collection of WIC Forms and The Integrity Profile

The US Department of Agriculture is seeking public input on a proposed data collection related to the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) and The Integrity Profile (TIP), as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
