Philippines to Expand Designated Pest-Free Areas for Mango Pests, Lower Irradiation Dose for Treatment

The Philippines is expanding its list of pest-free areas for mango seed weevil and mango pulp weevil, and is also introducing a lower irradiation dose as an approved treatment for mango pulp weevil, following surveys that found additional areas free of the pests and a more effective treatment method.
