DOE Amends List of Covered Facilities Under EEOICPA

The Department of Energy has removed the Monsanto Chemical Company in Dayton, Ohio, and the United Lead Company of New Jersey from its list of atomic weapons employer facilities, as part of periodic revisions to the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
