Fall River Community Hydro Project Seeks FERC Approval for Hydroelectric Project

The Fall River Community Hydro Project has submitted a preliminary permit application to the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), seeking to develop a hydroelectric project in Fall River, Massachusetts. The FERC is now accepting comments and motions to intervene from the public, as well as competing applications from other developers.
