US Designates Sultan Yusuf Hasan al-Arifi as Global Terrorist
The US Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control has added Sultan Yusuf Hasan al-Arifi to its list of Specially Designated Global Terrorists, following a request from the US government to the United Nations Security Council
