ACF and OHS Announce Intent to Award Sole-Source Grants to FSM and RMI for Head Start Services

The Administration for Children and Families (ACF) and the Office of Head Start (OHS) plan to award up to $7.2 million in grants to the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of the Marshall Islands to establish and provide Early Head Start and/or Head Start Preschool services, following recent appropriations and new statutory authority.
